3. Payments

• Payments must be made in full before or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Junk Removal Terms

• Customers must ensure safe and legal access to the property or site.

• Hazardous materials, chemicals, or illegal items are not accepted.

• Pricing is based on load size, type of material, and disposal fees.

• Extra charges may apply for heavy materials (like concrete, shingles, or dirt).

7. Liability

Rolain Hauling & Rentals is not responsible for:

• Any damage to driveways, lawns, or property caused by vehicle access or trailer placement (unless due to negligence).

• Loss of items accidentally left near junk piles.

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.
